Return Process

Upon delivery, please examine your JUST WATER cartons for any signs of leakage or structural damage incurred during transit.

Email our customer care team within 30 days of receipt with your order number and clear photos of any damaged product or packaging.
- 3.Verification Process
Our team will review your claim within 48 hours; as water is a perishable food item, we typically do not require physical returns of opened or damaged goods.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either ship a fresh case of JUST WATER to your door at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
