How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Is the water sourced sustainably?
Yes, we source our water from Glens Falls, NY, where we only bottle the excess water that the community doesn't need, ensuring we never deplete the local supply.
Do you offer a subscription service?
We do! You can choose to have your favorite JUST Water products delivered every 2, 4, or 6 weeks and save 15% on every recurring order.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.
Is the carton BPA-free?
Absolutely. Our cartons are 100% BPA-free and designed to keep your water crisp and clean without any chemical leaching.
